  3. 03

Complete your agreement and 50% deposit

A signed production agreement and the 50% deposit secure your confirmed booking. Filming is generally available starting at least 7 business days after both are complete.

  4. 04

Prepare for interviews and on-site filming

We plan the shoot around your location and light, share questions in advance, and film the people who actually do the work.

  5. 05

    Review your edited feature

You see the first cut and use your included revision round to give notes before anything is finalized.

  6. 06

Pay the balance and receive final deliverables

The remaining balance is due before delivery. You then receive your finished MP4 files, short-form videos, and agreed usage rights. Standard estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after filming.

  • Identify the people who can speak to the work.
  • Have a location that shows what you actually do.
  • Set aside the filming window your package includes.
